Prime real estate
Our wholly-owned real-estate company. It invests in prestige properties, managing a portfolio worth more than two million euros in strategic, high-value areas of Milan, which it leases to leading companies. Tortona 10 srl is dedicated to the enhancement and long-term ownership of premium assets, maintained to distinctive quality standards.
Blanghe S.r.l. (coming soon)
Blanghe operates in the premium chocolate segment. Born in Alba in 1977, in the heart of the Langhe — a UNESCO World Heritage region — it grew from a small artisan workshop into a solid company that exports its high-end confectionery worldwide. Its craft centres on fine chocolate and the great Piedmontese tradition — chocolate truffles, cuneesi, and tarocchi — built on the local Tonda Gentile hazelnut, premium cocoa, and selected liqueurs. Blanghe pairs the rigour of Piedmont confectionery with creative flair and holds BRC certification for food safety. The company generates annual revenue of approximately €1.7 million.
